Interview
The process was long and non-responsive. It is now Feb 2020 and I am just receiving a response from my interview that started in December 27, 2019 for a role that needed to be filled within 2-3 weeks. Given the transparency of the discussion and the rapport during the phone interview, it was reasonable to expect that same transparency and follow through after the in-person interview. My follow-up emails were ignored. As a HR professional, it would have been a professional courtesy from Danny to keep me up-to-date at from one HR pro to another.

Interview
4 days after I applied online, a Talent Acquisition Coord reached out asking for following weeks availabilty for phone screening. Set this up right away. Literally was a week til the PHONE SCREENING. Day of, the Corporate Recruiter called late, I could hear her yawning, fidgeting around doing other stuff and only asked me 3 questions. Very unprofessional, no interest at all in the interview. I still sent a thank you email at the end of the week, no response.
