Individuele gesprekken met managers uit een paar departementen. Ook een rondleiding gekregen in het trainings -en testing instituut. Maar de sollicitatieproducedure ging er redelijk informeel aan toe. Er werd vooral gevraagd naar ervaringen uit het verleden.

Interview
I was called by the HR partner, invited to a skype interview. I rejected and I proposed a face-to-face meeting at their headquarters at my expense. I attended, participated in an interview for two different positions, I was fit for both, left to chose one of them.
