4. Phone interview with recruiting
4. Skype Interview with Recruiting
4. Retook the aptitude test, but this time it was proctored via skype with a representative from recruiting.
5. Final interview with Director of Internship Program
6. Received offer later that day

I applied for a job, got 2 emails from a recruiter asking me to take additional steps, as they were interested in proceeding. I took about an hour and a half of my time completing a brand new application, and doing very well on their assessment. Then, 2 days later, I got a rejection email, without so much as a phone call. I found this unprofessional enough to share my experience. Inconsiderate hiring practices.
