You take a test that is very similar to the air traffic controller exam, very heavy on problem solving. Once done with that if you are selected you move onto an person interview you get seated in a small huddle room. The interview can last anywhere from 5-60 minutes. Depending on how desperate they are for the position you're interviewing for you may be asked to take a drug and tobacco test.
