I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied and a week later was contacted by a recruiter. She sent me a competency test which I must have done well on because a few days later I was asked to complete a similar exam, though proctored this time. It is mostly logic and reasoning questions with some math. I then had 4 separate Skype interviews, slowly working my way up to the director. I was ultimately offered a position which I accepted. The whole process took about a month.
At first I found the interview process cumbersome, but after working in this position for over a year, I truly appreciate the "weeding out" effect that is has. Many people who did not receive offers will criticize the difficulty of the tests and their perceived irrelevance, but the software you will ultimately have to master is highly complex. I appreciate knowing that every colleague I have to depend on went through the same process and I know they are competent.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2022
Interview
After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2017
Interview
Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
