I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
Starts with an online test (about 2 hours), an in person test (same test) and then a skype interview on the premises. The test consists of pattern matching letters and numbers (basically a dyslexia test), pattern matching shapes and then finally an arithmetic test. No calculators allowed. It's time in such a way that you cannot finish.
As for the overall process, they did a really great job communicating with me. Very professional and they had the basic decency to notify me that I wasn't accepted for the position. It was also fairly quick, no waiting around for weeks like some places.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
