Took at home tests, then took same ones at the location. Tests are about patterns and some algebra problems. No calculators allowed.
Literally an 8 min interview via Skype and all she asked were basic questions.
Felt like a waste of time. They should only give the assessment once.

Interview
The hiring process takes a very long time. They will call you and screen you, then set up an interview. You will interview with at least 3 people, and you are looking at about 1 interview a week, so this will take 3-4 weeks to get through the interview process, then 3-5 days to find out if you got the job. So the entire process is very thorough and very long.
