I submitted the resume through glassdoor, then recieved a confirmation of application. A few weeks later I got an email asking me to do an assessment test. The assessment test was ridiculously long, at around 2 hours, asking everything from logic IQ questions to personality questions, skype username, other jobs, salary, etc. etc. etc. and a huge 30 minute long math skills test. I gave up the test around the math skills test section and just submitted the assessment half finished. A week later they called me for a phone interview. In the phone interview, they asked me more questions about myself and my history. After they were satisfied they told me they were moving me forward but I had to submit a drug and ethics assessment test. I did that and a few days later received a not selected for next step email.
