I received an email from their hiring recruiter to schedule an "interview" for a set day and time. However, their interview is nothing more than filling out a personality profile and taking an hour long test that covers all sorts of questions to gauge your reasoning and math skills. I told the recruiter I had dyslexia and didn't think I would pass the test. She told me the test doesn't determine if you're hired or not. I do feel this is a lie, but have no proof. Nevertheless, I feel they should have a separate hiring process for people with a recognized impairment. Even though I was not hired, I know I could have been an excellent employee because I have the experience and a post secondary education with a magna cum laude, despite my mental challenges. Yet, after reading the reviews on this website, I've learned that not getting hired by Reynolds and Reynolds was a blessing in disguise. Good luck to other candidates. I hope your experience was better than mine.
