This was the absolute WORST hiring process I have ever been through. The whole process took almost two months and included two online tests and four interviews. They will tell you over and over how their extensive hiring process is the reason they have such great employees, but in reality every company says they have great employees and other companies don't have a ridiculously long and stupidly redundant hiring process for an entry level position. The last three interviewers wanted to know pretty much the same things, and the second online test is the exact same as the first one but with fewer sections and its proctored over Skype. Another reason the process took so long was because several emails I sent to the HR rep he would email me back several days later and say he didn't see my email. At the end of all that I got an auto generated email saying I hadn't been selected for next steps in the process. I emailed the HR rep I had been talking to and asked if I could receive any feedback as to why I wasn't selected, and did not receive a response. I don't know if I was ignored or he simply "didn't see" another one of my emails. If you're applying to work for Reynolds and Reynolds then good luck, prepare for a long grueling process and dealing with and incompetent HR department.
