Hiring process is through parent company Reynolds and Reynolds. It is long and tougher that some other companies. Several phone calls/interviews with recruiting. After you pass those you must take a Myers Briggs type test which you must score a certain amount or personality type. Finally interviews with people within the department which interviewing for. After those if you weren't able to come in and take the test they will fly you out have you take it live and do an initial drug test (no smokers allowed). Overall it's a tough interview process but I worked with many talented people.
