I applied online. They have you complete an IQ/Aptitude test. It took about 2 hours to complete. I was able to get an initial zoom interview with a recruiter which took about 30-60 minutes that was a standard interview. Overall, I thought it went well. They had me complete a questionnaire and background check form. A week later, I received an automated email saying I was not selected to continue on in the process.
