I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Jun 2022
Interview
I have been on plenty of interviews during my career and this is had to be the weirdest interviews I have ever been on. I went into a room where I was interviewed by a recruiter via Zoom by an "off campus" recruiter. The questions were scripted and the job description very vague. After the "interview" I was then directed to fill out an "application" in a testing room. The questions on the application were strange at best. They asked my parents' names, their occupations, where they worked, my husband's name, occupation and HIS parents names and occupations. It was like they were collecting data and made me feel very uncomfortable. Just a very strange vibe.

Question 1
They asked me if I had any moving traffic violations, if I smoked, and why I chose to go to the colleges that I went to. Nothing having to do with the role at the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Apr 2026
Interview
The job had already been filled before my interview and they still interviewed me and put in my info for a different position. The follow up position did not create any leads.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
A large zoom call in an office with someone either elsewhere in the building or remote. I was moved to a room with a large screen and the interviewer was a few minutes late.

Interview
Be prepared for multiple rounds of interviews. The initial round is an assessment round. Make sure you have prepared for a typing test and come prepared with an extra resume in hand. Once they have vetted you. They may give you a call back to set up an interview for the job you applied for. Again, come prepared.
