Tedious and redundant "applicant forms" and personality tests. You first go through recruiting coordinator filter before even coming in contact with any hiring manager. A complete waste of time, as I checked every box and just after they collected all the data they wanted from me, they just ghosted me and I received a robot email saying I was denied. They ask for family information which is absolutely unacceptable, especially since it's an interview.

Very odd selection process in my opinion. -I applied online, which I attached my resume and filled out a simple form. -If you are selected you are invited to fill out a second "actual" job application, which is your more typical corporate job application - aka fill in everything on your resume and answer some preliminary questions. -You need to do a "Wonderlic Pre-employment assessment. It consist of some knowledge based question (like your vocabulary) and some "what do you fine more appealing" questions. Found it odd that the recruiting coordinator emailed me to fill this out, and then said they have to submit to management for approval. Isn't that the point of hiring a recruiting coordinator ? Some very odd requirements and questions. Such as you may not smoke tobacco, or use tobacco, it is forbidden. I do not - so it was not a deal breaker for me, but still thought it was an odd requirement - A LOT of questions regarding if you want to help a disabled person, or mentally incapacitated person. Found this odd too Was sent an email a few days later that I was rejected by management. Overall it seems like they want an exact personality type (rather than skill type) and they want to be 100% control of who you are and everything you do. Still go back to the Recruiting Coordinator needing to submit to management for approval to start an interview. I have done 100s of interviews over the years and that is literally the Recruiting Coordinators job to find talent. Major Red Flag. I spent time writing this review to warn others to tread carefully. This was only an entry level sales position!
