Lengthy and non informative. They email you if you are not selected and can’t provide you with any additional feedback as to why. The amount of time you spend to get that that point is significant. Being told no is fine, they should however be able to tell you why.

Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
