The online personality test will ask questions about theft and drug use, keep in mind Reynolds and Reynolds has a zero tolerance policy when answering.

Don't guess, there are plenty of problems for each section, mark only what you are certain of as you lose points for guessing. I'm uncertain of how you can improve your pattern recognition and spatial relationships, however the mathematical reasoning section questions are identical to what you will find on the GMAT.
