Applied online. Two days later, I rec'd a form email from a "recruiter". The email explained that they would like to move forward with the process and informed me of the next steps, which included 3+ hours of various online aptitude tests. The tests were very challenging. I am a former project manager for IBM and didn't have to go through anything like this. The algebra section was painfully ridiculous. The tests are designed not to be completed. Rather, they are testing how well you prioritize...don't spend too much time on any one question. You are penalized for wrong answers NOT questions left blank. The process weeds out a lot of bad applicants BUT also weeds out many qualified applicants. I have extensive experience in the auto industry (at the corporate level). My skills and expertise, never came to light in this type of computer screening format. THEIR LOSS NOT MINE!!
