I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
Never again. This interview process was the worst experience I've ever had. First they make you go take a test for about an hour. Then if they like your results, you'll sit in a room to Skype with an HR recruiter. Here she mentions that they only pay $9/hour for an analyst intern and said it was very competitive. If you pass that, the marketing department sends over one of their people, and you have a face-to-face interview. Btw, this is all done in one day. After the in-person interview, they said they will contact you with an excel assignment. It wasn't worth it. I always advise people not to interview for them.
The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.
Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
