I had a call with a recruiter and then met with two people from the team one on one. They were both easy to talk to and I actually enjoyed it. During my time speaking with the second person, she mentioned I would be meeting up with another person on their team. However, that never happened. I followed up a few days later via email and got ghosted. I found out later on LinkedIn that they ended up hiring someone else. I would have appreciated some transparency and communication.
