I applied through the career website. HR reached out to me on the same day (already a red flag). Scheduled for a phone screening the following day. HR was extremely rude and nonsense. The job description clearly said they are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience. I had 5 years of experience, but HR said they have other candidates with 10 years of experience trying for the same position. What's the point of mentioning that?? What do you want me to say?? Don't waste my time and hire that ten years of experience. The funny part here is that they offered me a job, and I declined.
