I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the CEO. He was extremely courteous, professional, and not once made me feel anxious. We started with the behavioral/cultural fit questions first and then was concluded with a whiteboard challenge that was challenging, but fair.

Question 1
The whiteboard challenge was the toughest. Write a function that will take in a group of t-shirts with sizes SM to XXL, each with a hard price, and a $40.00 processing fee. Then to depending how many of each shirt is ordered, to process the total.

Interview
Riafox's interview process is different because they genuinely focus more on who the person is than what their skill set is. They conduct a culture interview before ever even discussing skills and background. It's a great way to hire good people with skills instead of hiring skilled people and hoping they're good people.
