The hiring process is long and involves several steps. It has been a while since I went through the process, but from what I can remember 1. Physical & Written test: Usually a 1.5 mile run and some push ups and sit ups. Written test is elementary. 2. Background investigation: Complete a large packet that will give them information to begin investigating your background. 3. Interview: Sometimes your background investigator will interview you and ask about your background. 4. Polygraph test 5. Medical examination
