Richmond University Medical Center interview questions

Interview process was quick and professional. I received a call from the manager to schedule the date and time of the interview. Standard questions asked. It was held in a conference room on the unit and was one on one.

Applied on the website, and in three weeks, I received an email requesting to set up an interview for the following week. The interview was nothing crazy, the interviewer introduced himself, his background, and how he got to where he is today. Then he talked about the director's background etc. He then pivots to the role and what it entails, going in depth about what will be done, the day-to-day activity, and why they need someone to fill the role. Also, he talked a lot about how everyone in the hospital is family, and a lot of growth is available in the company He then started giving some examples about how people in his department were moved up roles, etc. Then finally, he started asking about my experience and if I worked with cabling/ terminating cables, etc. Then, wraps up the interview by letting me ask some questions and saying that in a couple of weeks, I should expect an email about a second interview, which would be like a day in life. A couple of weeks passed by, and no email, so I followed up to get a reply saying they are still interviewing and they will email me when they're ready for the next step. Never heard anything since, and the role is still up and has been up since January 2025.
