the process was short , the staffing company called to schedule an interview which was very easy with Ricoh purchasing Manager . the questions were very few as well and covered the most common question regarding the buying experience , stress management ,conflict management ...

The interview was 3 weeks long, and included 3 basic stages. the last round was a panel interview that went on for 2 hours with 4 different executives, they had specific questions, mostly behavioural and experience based. Easy going and friendly people.
