Rushed and unprofessional. Phone interviewer did not give a name. They were short and didn't give much of a chance to answer interview questions. Had a tendency to cut one off mid-sentence. Didn't allow for any questions at the end. Hung up before properly saying good-bye. Very poorly done.

The interview was prompt, professional, and was even fun. The Ricoh employers who interviewed me were great listeners and very friendly. Knowing about the company history was helpful and ultimately was something to talk about. Their questions were semi-difficult but doing research the night before was helpful.
