I was first given a phone interview, then a face to face interview about two weeks later I was given a face to face interview

The interview was prompt, professional, and was even fun. The Ricoh employers who interviewed me were great listeners and very friendly. Knowing about the company history was helpful and ultimately was something to talk about. Their questions were semi-difficult but doing research the night before was helpful.
