Waste of time!

Received a call from what seemed to be the hiring manager and we discussed about the role and my experience. At the end of the call, HM asked to schedule a technical interview the next day and I’ll be receiving an invitation in a moment, but I never received that email nor HM got back to me when attempted to contact.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ricoh (Calcutta) in Jun 2018
