Completed an online application and was contacted within a couple days after to schedule a phone interview. Not a real professional or structured interview process, looking back it was probably best for me to not be hired there.

Nothing of specific importance was asked. Just general questions about my background. The interviewer made it sound like the job was mine and then never contacted me again.
