Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. I did a few Test Gorilla tests, scored really high, and then had a recruiter call. I then had a 30 minute chat with the CEO who barely asked anything about marketing. I was then ghosted.
The interview process consists of a video interview, followed by an in-person multi-step assessment to evaluate skills and competencies. The final stage is an interview with the CEO to discuss qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
