      Interview

5 rounds. Met with 2 SDR's, sales lead, CEO, and main investor. Also included a short excel assessment test prior to meeting with CEO. Overall it seems like a good place to work however the hours could result in burnout.

      Interview

My interview with Rilla was genuinely energizing from start to finish. It felt different from typical interviews because it wasn’t just surface-level questions—it pushed me to think in real time, communicate clearly, and show how I approach problems. The conversation flowed naturally, and I felt like I could actually be myself while still being challenged. I appreciated how interactive it was, especially the parts that simulated real work situations, because it gave me a clearer picture of what the role would actually feel like day to day. It also made me realize how much I enjoy fast-paced, sales-driven environments where you have to think on your feet. Overall, it left me feeling excited, a little stretched in a good way, and really curious about the team and the opportunity to grow there.

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rilla (New York, NY) in Sept 2025

      Interview

Video call that lasted about 30 minutes with a recruiting manager. They talk about the company then ask you a wide range of questions. Some seemed rather irrelevant. Also state that the work expectations are 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Mind you base salary is only 70k for what amounts to nearly double the hours of a standard work week. I made it clear that the work hours are not doable for me and therefore didn't get to proceed. My guess is that this company is set on hiring young adults desperate for jobs that are willing to work crazy hours for little pay and deal with the high turnover since there's always a pool of desperate workers.
