The interview is very laid back. They do not ask the typical interview questions like most companies. It seems like they pretty much accept you if you have experience answering phones and can type.

Interview
The interview is very laid-back and informal; they basically have you take a typing test and ask about your availability. They focus on your typing speed and if you have any customer service skills. It doesn't matter whether it was an office, store, or restaurant, as long as you have some, that is all that mattered to them.
