I had applied for a Graphic Designer position within their Esports product team and it took about a month or two for me to hear back from Riot. I went through a short phone interview and then moved onto a 1:1 phone interview with one of the upper management of the Esports team. It was also during this second call that I found out it was a temp contracted position, which was nowhere to be found on the job description. I had to decline because this was new information and I was not willing to relocate or commute insane hours for a contracted position.
Overall it seemed like a pretty typical interview experience, although I was concerned that either of the interviews weren't going in depth with reviewing if my technical skills were good enough for the job.
