Interview
It was quick. I had been asked to write a couple of blogs and send them in. They liked what they saw, and they hired me. Basically I met their most basic requirement--I could write. Beyond that, they really weren't interested in my own unique style etc. As long as you can tailor content to suit clients' tastes, you're fine.
Had received few blog topics and was asked to submit the content. The girl who took my interview was outright rude. She was not at all interested in taking my interview. After personally taking to few ex employees of the company, I decided not to pursue with them. All the five of them I got in touch gave negative reviews about the company and the management.
