Interview was straightforward. Recruiter Screening (30 mins) Hiring Manager Interview (30 mins) Mock Call (30 mins) Behavioral / Culture Interview (30 mins) Recruiter sent 10 Qs to have answers for using the STAR method. I think in each interview (besides the mock call) it was very conversational, and I was asked maybe 1 or 2 behavioral questions outside of just getting to know each other
