The process is streamlined and timely. The first interview is with a recruiter and is a simple screening interview, and the second interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and was a cultural fit and job responsibilities interview (the hiring manager was lovely). Next was homework (a deck), followed by the third interview which was a presentation and then a wrap up with immediate feedback (I really appreciated the on-the-spot feedback). A week later, I received an email from the recruiter asking for a few dates/times this week that I would be available to connect for a few minutes. with subject line: Rippling Update! It was a rejection call! I know that some feel a call is more personal, but just pick up the phone and call (or send an email notifying the candidate that they are no longer being considered and offer a feedback call)! Your candidates are already anxiety ridden from the process and stress of their job search - this adds unnecessary anxiety. Had it been a positive call, okay cool - but it wasn't. Overall, all of the people I met with and spoke to were great, and the product is definitely a worthy unicorn. I was quite concerned, however, after reading the many reviews on here regarding WLB, so maybe this was a blessing in disguise.
