I applied for this job online and was contacted by the internal recruiter to schedule an interview with her and the team. I met with the recruiter first, she was friendly, organized and gave me some great insight into the company. The VP of Operations was available so I met with him for about 30 minutes after. Again, very friendly and was able to give me a description of the company and culture from the view of senior management. The CEO was out of the office that day so another interview was set up a couple weeks later. My conversation with him went extremely well and I received an offer later that evening. Interviews can be daunting but everyone I spoke with at Rise made me feel comfortable and at ease. My interviews were more conversational and relaxed. I rated the interview as "Easy" but I think I made a great fit for the position, the company a great fit for me and I came prepared and was confident about my skills. I think this makes a huge difference in how difficult an interview can be.
