I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Interactive (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2018
Interview
I was invited to interview with three members of the affiliate team separately for an hour and a half. Everyone was incredibly friendly, had great energy, and kept the conversation going. I felt like I did fantastic, but didn't hear back for several weeks. 3 weeks later, I was told they proceeded with other candidates, but they recommended that I interview for the same position on a different team. I went through the same process, interviewing with three people for an hour and a half. They didn't ask me anything I wasn't prepared for; no crazy, abstract, quirky questions that a lot of agencies tend to ask. They really just want to see how well you adapt/learn and how trainable you are.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Interactive (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2022
Interview
Had an HR interview followed a week later by two interviews with different hiring managers. All interviews seemed to go really well. It has now been literally 8 weeks since then…I have inquired several times about any updates, and instead of just saying “no sorry you didn’t get the job,” they keep saying “things are slow right now, we’ll update you when we know more.” Unbelievably unprofessional experience, I would never recommend anyone apply here. Never experienced this level of chaos and messiness. Really bad.
The interview was straightforward and professional. There were multiple steps in the process but nothing was out of the ordinary of what you should expect. I worked through someone on the talent team to manage my expectations.
