Interview
My initial interview was held over Zoom, and my first impression was very positive. The process felt professional and well-structured. I never felt pressured or pushed outside of my comfort zone, and everything flowed naturally. I appreciated how efficient and effective the interview was. It gave me a clear understanding of the role and the kind of work I’d be stepping into as well.
A couple of weeks later, I had the opportunity to visit the office and meet the team in person. As someone new to the industry, I was genuinely impressed by the welcoming environment. The team was full of energy, and their excitement to meet a new face made the experience even better. There was no sense of negativity, just a strong, positive culture that made me feel like I'm in the right place.
