RiseIT Solutions interview questions

I submitted my resume. Apparently they were interested since they called and set up an interview. The interview I thought went very well. It was pretty low-key. They were interested in the background and the specialties that I could bring to the table.

Applied online and received a copy and pasted email that had the name and resume of another candidate in the body of the email. After a brief phone interview was invited in for a panel interview. Pretty casual interview, but there were constant interruptions. Next day received an email requesting a second interview for another position. Was asked for references and then they went ghost. After following up via phone call and email for 2 days heard nothing back. Eventually got someone on the phone and was given an excuse to get me off of the phone and a promise to call back. I’m not holding my breath, but overall pretty unprofessional from the beginning.
