The interview process involved telephone pre-screening from the Talent Acquisition team and face-to-face conversations with managers/executives. I liked that they offered honed recruitment scripts at the start and it "evolved" into more relaxed, storytelling conversations towards the end. I had 4 interviews total (2 telephone and 2 in-person) and the process took about 2 weeks because of my schedule.
I also appreciated that the hiring manager scheduled a final meeting to discuss my questions and career aspirations. Basically, when they were done interviewing me, I was given the opportunity to interview the company/manager separately. It wasn't a flurry of questions tacked on at the end of another meeting. I had 2 days to prepare my questions and that final hour-long interview was lead by me.
Can't say that this is the interview style of every hiring manager, but I certainly appreciated the extra time and effort to determine if this was the position and company for me.
