I sat down with the Pharmacy Manager, who was late for our interview. He told me what he was looking for, & I told him I needed to be full-time. He said that that option would be available to me very soon. The option for a full-time status never came and I ended up having to work late nights, as well as weekends to make 40 hrs for myself.
It was not bad, pretty easy. I have been working for them for many years. Times and days were available and it wasn’t hard to schedule. I’d do it again
Excellent interview. Very easy, but they will not budge on salary. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to take their offer and work with them. Very good group of people and the job is not difficult once you get the hang of things!
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Rosamond, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Alice is the hiring pharmacy manager. I interviewed with her. She is great to talk to and very nice and makes you feel like you are welcome. In interview she gets what she needs and makes you feel important but also tries to keep it simple and to the point.
