I’ve seen the previous reviews and it made me skeptical, but I will say they have improved this process significantly. I had a very quick turnaround, and they were extremely responsive on moving to next steps. The entire process took about a week, and everyone I spoke with was extremely pleasant.

Brief, but thorough. I was interviewed twice, and they were super friendly! The process was rather quick, which I appreciated. They also explained some of my roles, and asked me what my expectations were. I think they spent a good amount of time just seeing if it was something I would be interested in.

There was a video screening call to get to know your personality, and then an in-person interview if you make it to the next process. The in-person one focused on why you want to work for Ritual, as well as your time commitment and skillset.
