I applied online and did their online Rituals match Idenitifier test. A test where you are taken through an array of scenarios and describe who you are. Absolutely terrible process because they state that a member will be in touch with you shortly after completing this. However I had to contact them after 3 weeks to finally get an answer, which is a joke from such a large company. Don’t bother applying here, especially since their online test seems to be such a waste of time as they don’t seem to take it into account.
