I applied through my college. The process took few months. I interviewed at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama. About 15-20 Behavioral type interview questions. The process was very long. Furthermore, the internship was amazing.

Online zoom meeting with someone not on the team at the location. Use the star method for interviews because they ask questions revolving around that. As long as your well prepared, the interview is very straightforward.

Interview
Fun, quick, insightful. The employer came on time, and asked about my strengths and what I'm looking for. However, they didn't pay for short 3-month internship, and they don't offer any assistance in housing. They will only help with visa processing, which is why they say we will have to take care of housing on our own.
