Found the job through friend recommendation, contacted the banquet manager to arrange for interview. Scheduled the interview a week after applying. Interview location was at their hotel/office. I had previous experience in the service line, thus interview was fairly easy. Interviewer(Banquet Manager) did not ask for any academic information, only asked if I had piror working experience. Got hired on the spot after interview.
1st interview over the phone with general manager.
2nd interview on site with general manager.
3rd interview on site with food and beverage manager & hotel manager.
4th interview with hr director.

What was one thing you’ve done recently that you’re proud of?
The interviewer was friendly but the duration was quite long. 2~3 rounds of interview. Asking scenario questions and need to answer how do you handle it and outcome by using your experience as an example

Was a good experience,,Confidence is key,,food and Beverage knowledge very important snd they process is smooth and fast.Good place to.work,,,challenges here and there but overall experience id say it has been helpful for a person passionate about this role and wants to grow
