Very Easy. They were very disorganised and seemed like they had no clue whatsoever not to mention the interviewers phone kept on ringing!There was around 20 of us and they asked each of us to introduce ourselves and then we got in 4 groups and had to dress a celebrity for an occasion which was easy. Afterwards they told us to talk within our groups about a time we received a good customer service and the person with the best one within the group presented their story to the others. After that each person was called to provide their availability and how many days they're able to work

they give you a task on how to dress for a certain event, you pick out outfits from the shop floor, describe why you chose those specific outfits.
they look for confidence when you speak.

My interview was done online with an ai bot who asks you questions. I answered them but I don’t think the questions are the same for everyone. But I did my best and in my opinion interviews online is better than face to face.
