I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Riverbed Technology in May 2014
Interview
Met them at a career fair and was asked to complete an online coding challenge. After the challenge I got a call to set up a phone interview. They asked a few technical questions and then a coding problem. Not too difficult but wasn't offered a job because of lack of experience. They're looking for good coders in general, but really prefer people who have experience or a demonstrated interest in networks.
