The interview process started with a conversation with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager and program manager. The interview felt very conversational and comfortable, while still covering business analysis experience, stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and problem-solving. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and communicative throughout the process and onboarding experience.

Interview
The interview was not like was is described in the other reviews. Nearly none of the questions posted online matched what questions I was asked. The interview started smoothly but became harder as the interview went on, Your previous banking experience should guide you through the interview process.

Interview
The first interview was through Teams virtually, and it was a very smooth interview experience. The interviewer lists a few questions to ask during the interview. A couple of days later, the second interview was scheduled for in-person. The whole interview process was easygoing, and about an hour interview time. 2 weeks later, I received a rejection letter.
