It seemed very unorganized and lack of transparency from the internal recruiting team. I received an email in the beginning of June saying that Rivian wanted to interview after reviewing my resume . After multiple follow-up emails and texting with the internal recruiter over approximately 2 months, I still couldn't get an interview scheduled or receive a phone call with the internal recruiter. I then received an automated rejection letter near end of July. At one point, I was contacted by an external recruiter who mentioned the same struggles with HR. This was disappointing as I was really excited to learn more about the position and company.
