The interview process was quite different from what I have been used to. First I had an interview with the hiring manager, and then they did a 'panel round' on which I had interviews for 5hs straight which seems kind of excessive. At the end, I received a message from their 'Talent Aquisition' person with an offer. I counter-offered, and was since then, ignored by them. They never acknowledged my message and never gave me a response. Seems disrespectful to me seeing that I spent my time preparing and took 5h off my day for interviews, and not even an acknowledgement at the end. I was only looking to negotiate, but apparently it doesn't work that way at Rivian, it's a 'take it or leave it' company.
